Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms", "Terms of Service") carefully before using the Farm Story Mobile mobile application (the "Service") operated by us ("us", "we", or "our").

Your access to and use of the Service is conditioned on your acceptance of and compliance with these Terms. These Terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

1. Accounts and Access

You do not need to create an account to use Farm Story Mobile. The game generates an anonymous identifier through PlayFab in order to provide core functionality and save progress. This identifier is not a user-created account and does not require any personal information.

2. Intellectual Property

The Service and its original content, features and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of Farm Story Mobile and its licensors. The Service is protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable laws. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without our prior written consent.

3. Third-Party Services

We integrate trusted third-party services:

• PlayFab (Microsoft): Provides backend infrastructure such as anonymous user identifiers, analytics, and error logging.
• Google AdMob: Provides in-game advertising. AdMob may collect identifiers and usage information to display relevant ads.

Your use of the Service is also subject to the terms and privacy policies of these providers.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use the Service in any unlawful or harmful manner, including but not limited to:

• Violating any applicable national or international law or regulation
• Exploiting, harming, or attempting to exploit or harm minors
• Interfering with or disrupting the integrity or performance of the Service
• Engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or harmful conduct

5. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you violate these Terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Farm Story Mobile and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, profits, or goodwill.

7. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Romania, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

8. Changes

We may modify or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
