This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and safeguard your information when you play our mobile application. Our data practices are strictly focused on improving game stability, monitoring errors, and balancing the in-game economy to provide an optimal and fair user experience.
We do not request phone numbers, billing credentials, or government identifiers. When you use website support, we collect the email address and optional name that you submit so the conversation can be restored and answered. We also process the following gameplay and technical data:
- Game Economy Telemetry: We transmit secure data parameters via HTTP protocols regarding in-game currency activities (such as acquiring, earning, or spending gold coins and diamonds) and general inventory status. This allows us to track resource progression data and balance the game economy.
- HTTP Service Diagnostics: We compile technical application error logs, network request timeouts, and client side crash metrics over secure HTTP endpoints to isolate gameplay issues and optimize runtime performance.
- Account Progress Identifiers: Anonymous user IDs automatically generated by PlayFab (Microsoft) to preserve your cloud save progression, achievements, and unlock variables without requiring manual user registration.
- Advertising Tracking Tokens: Device-level platform technical identifiers such as Apple's IDFA (Identifier for Advertisers) or Google's Advertising ID, alongside basic device metadata (OS version, device model, and display configuration) utilized by Google AdMob.
- Coarse Location Data: General regional metrics (such as country or device language layout) derived from standard network handshakes to assist with localized performance optimization and relevant ad serving. Precise GPS tracking is never active.
- Website Support & Analytics: Chat messages, the email and optional name entered in support, page views, button interactions, limited browser metadata, and random website visitor identifiers. IP addresses are used transiently for country lookup, while visitor and network identifiers used for analytics or chat recovery are stored as one-way hashes rather than as a hardware device ID.
All real-money transaction operations for In-App Purchases are processed exclusively and securely by the designated platform marketplaces (Google Play Commerce or Apple App Store). We do not view, handle, or retain your financial billing accounts or credit card digits.
The technical parameters we compile are applied strictly to manage, optimize, and stabilize the interactive experience:
- To sustain live simulation loops, process cloud profile replication, and retain active level states.
- To review virtual asset flows, ensuring progression balance within the digital sandbox marketplace.

Communication links between Farm Story Mobile, our analytical relays, and external service providers are routed over secure, industry-standard encrypted layers (TLS/HTTPS). We employ targeted organizational workflows to protect data packages from unauthorized corruption, interception, or loss.
Please note that no digital pipeline or mobile web transfer can be guaranteed as completely impenetrable. While we follow established structural safeguards, we cannot declare absolute invulnerability.
Website support conversations and their continuity identifiers are retained until they are no longer required for support or you request deletion. Analytics and game logs are retained for operational, security, and balancing needs. You maintain the following control privileges:
- Profile Erasure: You can request full removal of your anonymous PlayFab progress save state and associated economic history logs by contacting us at our listed support address.
- Tracking Opt-Out: You can completely limit behavioral ad profiling at any moment by configuring your native hardware operating parameters (e.g., "Limit Ad Tracking" on iOS or "Opt out of Ads Personalization" on Android devices).
- Support Data Erasure: You can request deletion of website chat messages, your submitted email, and associated visitor identifiers by contacting us from that email address.
Farm Story Mobile is intended for general audience usage. We do not purposefully request, collect, or filter technical metrics from individuals below the age of 13. If you are a parent or legal protector and believe an anonymous profile contains indicators linked to a minor under 13 years of age, please alert us immediately so we can isolate and erase the record from our active caches.
Our promotional website uses local storage and a long-lived, HTTP-only support cookie to remember a random visitor identifier and restore an existing chat. It also records website traffic and button interaction statistics. Clearing browser storage may remove local identifiers; when possible, support history can still be recovered through the secure server cookie, the email previously submitted, or a matching one-way technical hash. The mobile game application itself does not use web browser cookies.
We preserve the right to update this statement to match game mechanic overhauls, compliance changes, or platform ecosystem updates. Revisions will be published directly on this page with a fresh "Last Updated" value. Consistent activation of the game client means you accept the revised guidelines.
